For those of you who submit digital images, I would like to ask for you help in reducing the amount of effort that it takes for me to put the meeting together. For the competition photos, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE put your competition category then your first and last names as the file name and be sure to add the jpg extension.
Examples: Novice – Darin Grenz.jpg Amateur – Don Hill.jpg Advanced – Bob Brace.jpg When submitting images for the digital interlude photos, please put the word ‘interlude’ followed by your name and then sequential numbering. For example if submitting 4 photos:
Interlude – Tracy Clark – 1.jpg Interlude – Tracy Clark – 2.jpg Interlude – Tracy Clark – 3.jpg Interlude – Tracy Clark – 4.jpg Note that if submitting more than 9 images you will need to use 01, 02, 03 etc instead of 1, 2, 3 …. in order to control the sequence. Use the same naming and numbering conventions for all other digital submissions including the tech talk, travel log, photo tips, etc
