You did an honorable job of accomplishing a tough-to-light scene here - the foreground is nicely exposed and the sunburst isn't blown out. Composition-wise, I'm not seeing a strong subject in the photo, and there are several elements competing for my attention - notably, the sunburst and corals draw my eye away from the anemonefish. Maybe experiment with different crops and see if you think you can make a version you like better.

Rather than cropping, I'd try to concentrate on retaking this shot. First, I agree that the anemone should take up more of the foreground, but you can do this by framing the shot this way (e.g., get closer), possibly you'd have to angle a bit. Second, I think it is very slightly overexposed and would like to see a re-do with a bit smaller an aperture. Nice shot overall, and the sunball is fantastic, as good as it gets for digital.

Good suggestion. That would remove the distracting white corals on the right.

I would crop out the bottom third (about the middle of the anenome) and the right-hand 1/4 in a 3x4 format.

Nice composition and good lighting. It could be better if the reef were more color full.
